Were Looking for a Delivery & Growth Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Delivery & Growth Manager to play a key role in Darwofts expansion in Colombia.

This is a transversal leadership role that combines business development, project delivery, client management, and people leadership. You will act as a bridge between clients, teams, and the company, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

The Delivery & Growth Manager is responsible for driving Darwofts growth while ensuring reliable, high-quality project execution and strong client relationships.

The role evolves through three main stages:

  • Commercial activation

  • Delivery consolidation

  • Leadership and culture building

Were looking for someone with a strong business mindset, human sensitivity, and the ability to execute and lead by example.

What Youll Be Doing

Stage 1 – Commercial Activation (Immediate Impact)

  • Position Darwoft within the Colombian tech ecosystem

  • Identify and generate qualified business opportunities

  • Understand client challenges and translate them into concrete solutions

  • Support pre-sales activities and closing processes

  • Collaborate on commercial and technical proposals

  • Build long-term, trust-based commercial relationships

Stage 2 – Delivery Consolidation (Operational Impact)

  • Lead software projects ensuring quality, timelines, and expectations

  • Coordinate technical teams and client stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements

  • Manage scope, costs, roadmaps, and risks

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients

  • Ensure a consistent, professional delivery experience

Stage 3 – Leadership & Culture Building (Sustainable Impact)

  • Support and develop team members

  • Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement

  • Foster trust, ownership, and a strong team culture

  • Develop internal leaders and key references

  • Support the expansion and consolidation of Darwofts team in Colombia

  • Act as a culture and values ambassador

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as:

    • Project Manager

    • Delivery Manager

    • Account Manager

    • Technology Consultant

    • Customer Success Manager

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies

  • Experience working with technical and international clients

  • Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions

  • Consultative commercial profile, focused on long-term relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Language

  • Fluent English 

  • Ability to lead meetings, interact with international clients, and contribute to proposals

Location & Availability

  • Based in Medellín or Bogotá

  • Availability to visit clients and attend events when needed

  • Genuine interest in building and strengthening Darwofts presence in Colombia
