Were Looking For a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails Focus)

Were seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, along with solid frontend experience using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Youll be working across several legacy repositories, refactoring code, and supporting ongoing improvements including automated testing and API integrations.

What Youll Be Doing

• Maintain and evolve existing Ruby on Rails applications across multiple repositories

• Debug and refactor complex legacy code to boost system performance and reliability

• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services

• Support UI test automation using Playwright

• Integrate with third-party and internal APIs while ensuring platform scalability and security

• Champion clean code, version control, and CI/CD best practices

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to boost productivity

What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails

• Experience working with and improving legacy systems

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular)

• Strong command of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL)

• Solid understanding of Git workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews)

• Experience writing or maintaining automated UI tests (Playwright or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin or Java for backend development

• Python scripting skills

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
