About the Role

Were looking for a Senior iOS Native Engineer to join a cutting-edge healthtech project thats redefining how life sciences professionals make decisions with the help of AI.

Youll work as part of a cross-functional team, building mobile-first applications with native iOS technologies to deliver meaningful solutions to the healthcare ecosystem. This role is perfect for engineers who value autonomy, excel at transforming complex workflows into smooth user experiences, and are passionate about product quality and end-user impact.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS applications using Swift and native frameworks.

• Build intuitive, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces integrated with complex AI-driven systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end.

• Define and evolve best practices for iOS architecture, reusable components, and coding standards.

• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services (FastAPI, Cloud Run, etc.).

• Troubleshoot production issues, improving performance, stability, and usability.

• Mentor team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

• Stay up to date with the latest iOS technologies, tools, and industry trends.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional experience in mobile development.

• 4+ years building and shipping native iOS applications in production.

• Strong expertise in Swift, UIKit and/or SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks.

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).

• Experience with design systems, adaptive layouts, and accessibility guidelines.

• Comfortable working with APIs, asynchronous data flows, and offline storage.

• Familiarity with CI/CD for iOS applications.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Agile methodology experience.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI-powered products or the healthcare industry.

• Knowledge of Core ML or other machine learning frameworks for iOS.

• Exposure to push notifications, background tasks, and in-app purchases.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.

• Experience in small, high-impact engineering teams or startups.
