About the Role
Were looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing healthtech company thats redefining how data is used to improve healthcare outcomes. Youll be a key player in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure for a high-complexity data platform ensuring it remains scalable, secure, and available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure focused on scalability, performance, and security

• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform

• Automate deployments and streamline development processes with CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with data protection standards

• Improve system observability through monitoring and alerting tools

• Contribute to architecture reviews and tech innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest in cloud and DevOps technologies

What You Bring

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles

• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.)

• Solid background in Linux system administration

• Proficient with Terraform for IaC

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Skilled in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions

• Comfortable with scripting in Python and/or Node.js

• Strong focus on infrastructure security and compliance

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless and microservices architectures

• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA)

• Advanced JavaScript (ES6) skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and task tracking
