Challenges
We helped to develop an app that analyzes the performance of production lines and sends alerts in case of any changes on the predetermined KPIs. This project presented two big challenges from the beginning. On the one hand, users were not familiar with cellular technology, and on the other hand, we needed to create a product that would serve as a guide for similar new products.
Solution
The project had different stages. At t first, we worked with 5–6 people and now that we are in one of the last stages we are working with less people in the team.
We started working with them at the beginning of the last year and continue working with them.
